Dear Anonymous, **Update**

Thank you so much for your concern in my wardrobe decisions. I was not aware that Juicy Couture was only designed for 17 to 27 year-olds. Can you please forward me the official rules on age appropriate clothing and maybe suggest a brand or two that my 28 year-old self can properly wear? I sure wouldn't want to be breaking any laws of fashion.

I meant this in a nice way.:) Why did you take it soo wrong? You dress great...and you love clothes... I just thought you had another brand you were planning to collect after Juicy... I guess not! Sorry if I hurt your feelings. Geesh....

Just showing off my feisty side ... hopefully I didn't scare anyone into not commenting anymore! Ha, ha!! Anon comments are usually meant to be rude, but obviously not intended here.

Now I see ...

It took me for-evah, but now I finally get the big deal on the Twilight books ... Oh-Em-Gee!!!

I needed to give myself a bit of a break between watching the movie and sitting down with the book. I tried starting this series immediately after drooling over the big screen, and then again after watching the DVD, but for whatever reason I just couldn't get into the words on paper.

So, I packed my book up and carried it off to the beach this last weekend, determined to give it another shot. Sure enough, I couldn't put the book down!!! In just 2 short days, I read through the entire book!!

I am so excited to start New Moon, but I am a bit concerned. Being I saw Twilight in movie form first, I couldn't be disappointed (like the book fans were) at the out-of-place details that Hollywood added and/or omitted. I can hardly contain myself with the excitement of New Moon coming out in November ... so do I dare continue reading in the series?

Where was my memo?

Who knew that Charlotte Russe is now selling People's Liberation and Kitson jeans?!? I love the way People's Liberation fit, but they are hard for me to find! After winning a little game of putt-putt against the hubby (oh yeah, I rock!), I took my winnings and went shopping (duh). With no luck at Forever 21 ... it's a hit or miss for me at that store, I popped into Charlotte Russe to find some new tops. I was so excited to see this line in their store! I snagged myself these cute boot cut jeans and 3 tops for my prize!! Hubby may think twice before offering up such a challenge next time. Don't even try to beat me when their is shopping money on the line!

Yeah, I just trash talked.

Manicure, anyone?

It's been almost a month since I took my solar nails off, and while I am missing the strength and the perfect, flawless look of having nice nails, I am enjoying a little bit of the au naturel feeling. I have been learning to give myself manicures in the process and have decided not to quit my day job. Ha! Hollister Update

Here's pics of the Hollister top I wore at the bridal shower this weekend. I absolutely loved it ... very cute, comfy, and I had no issues with it staying up (a first for me with strapless tops!). I paired it with cropped white denim, and tan colored wedges (per Molly's suggestion - thanks girl!!), and I rocked my new Juicy watch. My 5-year-old son took this pic for me ... he thought it was so fun to be on the other side of the camera for a change. Ha, ha!

I can't help but love this beach style company. I am no longer in high school and no longer in my teens, but I still like to snag a top every now and then.
