Hump Day Humor ... Tatted Up

I am all about tattoos ... my man has several, and I always encourage more. I have none, although I want a tiny heart on my wrist. Simple, nothing fancy, just a small little heart. The hubs isn't so hot on the idea of his wifey getting inked, so I refrain from getting one. No caveman comments, please. I am old-school. If my hubby truly feels strongly about something, that matters to me. I respect him and adore him, so no tattoo for me.
I occasionally get wrapped up in the TV shows that showcase tattoo artists and their shops ... some people's choice of artwork represents who they are, some make me tear up for the story they tell, and others are just plain silly. I mean, really?!? Are you going to love that cartoon character or The Jonas Brothers for the rest of your life? Either way, I don't judge. To each his own ... we only live once, right?

I wonder if this was intentional? Spelling error on a permanent tattoo = no regrets?

Team Cullen ... I proudly admit I am a Saga fan, but umm ... not this devoted.

What about you? Do you have any tattoos? Any that you regret?

OH my, I would die if I ever got a tattoo that was spelled wrong :( I do not have any tattos. I have often thought about all the ones I would love to have but like your man, my husband is not to keen on the idea so I have not done one yet and probably will never.... I am a whimp about needles, so that solves it LOL

I have 2. My first one is a rosebud on my ankle. I put zero thought into picking out what I wanted and I kind of regret that. I do like the tattoo, but I probably would have picked something different out if I had to do it all over again.

I also have a butterfly tramp stamp, which I love. I chose the design from a package of temporary tattoos and combined two of them, so there's an Indian tribe kind of design on either side. The guy who did it said it wasn't very original, but I still love it. Sometimes I forget that I have it.

Once I graduate from college, I'm giving myself the gift of another tattoo. I'm going to tattoo a white key (no outline) on my forearm. With it being white, I'll see it, but other people won't unless they really look for it. It's a symbol to remind myself that I'm the key to my success. I already have a design all picked out.

The hot dog one isn't SO BAD since the artwork is good. It's funny, but not something I'd ever want on my body permanently. The rest are just awful.
