Dance Like No One's Watching

With my new year resolution to be in a bikini by my birthday, I have been hittin' the gym every week. I am determined to try out new classes, and stay off the boring elliptical machine. The local 24-Hour Fitness offers fun dance classes in the evenings 3 nights a week. Hip Hop and Zumba classes are now part of my weekly routine. They are so much fun, and burn up to 700 calories!! Cardio can be fun, and if you go with a friend or two, you get an extra ab workout with all the laughing you do! No skills are necessary either and these classes are geared for all ages and fitness levels.

Thats so funny your talking about zumba because I have been wanting to go forever but I have noone to go with so I haven't actually made it there lol...

I adore Zumba and cardio! I do it 2x a week. I prefer running, but it is good to mix it up!

I love Zumba and really liked taking hip hop at LA fitness. It didn't even feel like a workout. That is the bummber about me belonging to Planet Fitness...no classes. It sounds like if you keep it up, you'll be ready for that teeny bikini in no time (even though I already think you look great ;)
