Lindsay Lohan is apparently suing E*Trade because of this commercial stating that it has violated her civil rights and that the ad is a "subliminal message" poking fun of her life.
Ummm ... what? Really? Miss Lohan has to be in the spotlight somehow, I guess. Too bad she is making herself look like a fool, once again.

I laughed when I heard about this. Especially when her legal team says that people know her by one name. Uh, yeah...Firecrotch!!! I don't get how she or her attorneys think she can win this. And $100 million?! Seriously????? She MUST be on crack to think she'll be awarded that!
I read somewhere that E*trade should settle with her. Why?! They haven't done anything wrong.
