Yay!! With all the great comments I received on Tuesday's post, I have decided to host my very first swap!! I need all your help in spreading the word ... the more girls we get to sign up, the funner this will be!!

I am loving the Girly Summer theme ... flip flops, accessories, books, martini/wine glasses, lotions and more! Anything cute and fabulous to enjoy in the sunshine!

The gift limit is $25 (not including shipping).

Packages are to be mailed no later than June 14th.

Champagne Taste ...

Nordstrom is kickin' off their Half Yearly Sale today, so I am heading over to take a peek. I have a gift card burning a hole in my pocket and an itchin' to shop! Hubby's birthday is in a couple weeks, so I will be gift shopping for him. I browsed the sale online this morning and found a couple things I like ...

Summer Swap, Anyone?

We took the boys to see Shrek Forever After this weekend (cute movie!!), and my hubby and I are still laughing at one particular line that Donkey says ... "You know what you need around here? Flip Flop Friday! Feel the breeze go right over your toes!"
Aaah ... summertime! I am trying to wait patiently for the sun to come out and stay a while, but all this rain and coldness is bumming me out!
Donkey's idea (and the way he says it) is sure putting a smile on my face and has inspired me to try out my very first swap!! A little something to help these wet days pass by quickly and get y'all excited for the sunshine! I was thinking a flip flop swap would be fun, then I thought summer accessories would be great, too! Then I remembered the awesome summer swap I participated in last year and got all kinds of fun goodies to last me throughout the summer.
So now I need ideas - would anyone be interested in participating in a swap here on dot...dot...dot...? I was thinking a $25 limit so it doesn't break the bank. What should the theme be? I will leave this up for comments for a day or two, let me know what you think!

Highs and Lows ... it's Hump Day!

Sunshine on a rainy day ... sometimes Oregon's spring season isn't so bad.

I slept awful last night. And woke up way too early. It is going to be a long day.

My doc gave me some medication for my ongoing stomach issues ... yay!!

My Siberian Husky has severe allergies. This time of year sucks for her. And there is snot all over the house.

How can I behave myself and not shop when Express keeps sending me uh.maze.ing offers?

Ghost Whisperer has been cancelled. Sniff. I really heart this show.

Please excuse me today, girls. I am running around today cleaning house like a mad woman, to prepare for a Pampered Chef party I am hosting tonight. My lunch is making my stomach turn at the moment, but I must power through!! Anyone wanna get an order in?
