Tis the season for holiday baking, and I would love some new recipes!! As you have read in past posts, I love simple recipes ... the easier the better! On Thanksgiving, I wanted to whip up some banana bread (a fave in our house), so I went online and searched for an easy recipe. The prep time on this Banana Banana Bread was quick - about 15 minutes - and it cooked for about 50 minutes. Not too bad! My boys all seemed to enjoy it, although the hubby said it needed more bananas (I used 4). I also added a little bit of vanilla extract to the mix, and I liked that I had all the ingredients on hand. It was moist right out of the oven, but quickly dried out a bit, even being tightly sealed. Maybe extra bananas would help that?Anyone want to share some holiday favorites?
