We don't get a lot of rain here (Southern CA) but I love the zebra linging! And the first pair of boots!

I have some.. I can't remember the brand.. but they were $40 from a local boutique. Target.com usually has really cute ones too.
I also have a pair that a cut at the ankle. They are Sperry's.. Love them!!
Ahhhh, I love the burberry ones. I saw some cute ones at target and online they had buy the boots and get the liner for free. i asked for some for my bday. :)
