That's yummy! My brother is good friends with a guy named Coratto from Italy,and he's the head chef at the Ritz Carlton. How he ended up in small town Madison,GA... I have no idea. Ty and I joke that he's in witness protection, and his real name is "Jimmy the Cook". Ha Ha!!
