Boys!

I am a momma to two of them ... ages 2 and 5. They are my little ragamuffins ... full of energy, and always talking. I was born to be a mom to boys ... my heart has never desired having a little diva daughter. That being said, let me introduce you to the newest member of our family. Yep, a tree frog my boys found in the backyard (photo not of actual frog, but of one that looks identical). Our tadpoles never made it, most likely due to me forgetting to clean the water (oops!). Hopefully this little guy survives a while ... afterall, I had to feed it live crickets this afternoon! Oy! I'll take frogs and dirty faces over pigtails and dresses any day! :o)

No, I snagged this pic from Yahoo Images ... I'll be sure to try to get some actual pictures soon. Oh - I added the source link to my post.

I totally agree with you! No girls for me, thank you. I sadly admit that when I was pregnant with Jaron that I prayed and prayed for a boy.

I don't blame you - I have always pictured myself having a whole slew of boys. I can't really imagine daughters, although if I do have girls, I'm sure it will be just fine. Whenever I have my nieces around and I try to do their hair, it always turns out awful and I say, "See, this is why your auntie needs to have sons".

Good luck with the frog!

I love frogs! Hope he makes it awhile. :)
I feel like I may want a girl someday, but I love being the only one now. It is fun!
