Yoga Smoga

Working at a gym, and having a friend as a co-worker, I agreed to take a yoga class.

My downward dog looked more like this.

Yoga was so boooring and long and it was so hard to keep from laughing during the eagle pose.
My personality is not meant to be zen and I even giggled a bit when the class was suppose to be in a state of ohm.
Bring on a hip hop class and watch me work it out!

I love that dog stretching picture! My dad has a beagle who stretches like that all the time.

I remember going to a Yoga class and bit my lip so hard it bled to stop myself from laughing. I knew that Yoga was meant to be relaxing but when the old dears in front of me were so relaxed they actually farted I couldnt concentrate any longer.

I'm more of a pilates girl myself.
Take care

LOL! Isnt this so true! Yoga can be relaxing but usually I am just thinking about how silly I look and when they say "this pose is good for your intestines" I think uh-oh I hope I dont pass gas. hehe I am not very zen either.

I am too talkative for yoga and have given up my attempt at becoming zen - it is just not meant to be! Love the pics!

You are too funny and I don't blame you. I've tried it at home before and it's just not for me. I could see myself doing it only if I were REALLY stressed out.

I can't do yoga either, at least not in a class. It's too quiet.
